Worse service provider

I have been trying to cancel Rain since April on the app and I put address where they should come and collect their router and was told a consultant will call but till today no 1 has called and Rain is busy debiting my account I want Rain to refund the money they debited this month as I don't want their services anymore, Rain is the worst network ever I want it canceled
