Worse service provider

It was confirmed with me that the money deducted from my account was deducted in error so I advised I would like to have this amount allocated to my account and only pay the balance needed but rain disconnected my services they deducted thier full amount from my bank account and no one has contacted to advise what will be happening with the credit om my account such a bad experience I would not recommend them.
