Worse service in the world

I don't even have the strength to type this after being mistreated and ignored constantly by Rain network. I've been using your wifi for almost a year and I never ever go a week without calling you guys cause I have connections problems n lately it's been getting worse and your consultants just don't give a toss. I have so many case numbers that I have logged and now I am tired. This thing is simple, if you don't have a tower around where I stay just say so instead of debiting my account and connect me for only 3days
