Worse service from RAIN

Worse service provider ever! I wrote review about them and they responded same day apologising for the poor service because they had sent me a SIM card that doesn’t work and I told them and they were going to send a replacement. It’s now 3 months later and still nothing but I’ve been paying loyaly every month

They then said they would reply privately which never happened and I just fail to get hold of them! Today I’ve been holding for 1h20min

You’d swear they are run or owned by the ANC
