Worse service ever Rain

I have been a loyal customer for years and when I tried contacting the call centre which is a nightmare. Where a agent from India assist u and nothing gets resolved but worse. I had no to poor connections die to a faulty modem and they refused to replace it. When I canceled they suddenly became concerned and offered me better rates and new modem but to my surprise it was worse. When month end came I was cut off completely and still sitting with no connection and my premium being deducted.
