worse service ever -no network coverage

i have never in my life experience such bad services - rain makes telkom look good!, i paid 700 for the uncapped router and wifi, i check my area coverage and i was in a dark blue coverage for network, its been 2 weeks since i got my router and i cant access any network inside my house of outside - i paid 700 for something i cant even use, we tried calling, logging support queiries email, twitter and still nothing,, i dont know what to do anymore
