WORSE SERVICE EVER FROM RAIN
I ordered a 5g device on 15 February 2021. They forgot to deliver my order. I called on Monday 21 February to follow up. The consultant informed me that the order is not even out for delivery yet. She was very helpful and made sure that the package was delivered on 22 February. The package was delivered on 22 February at around 10am. This device has still not been activated. I called today and spoke to Thando who promised to escalate the matter. I am beyond livid with the service from Rain.

01 Mar 2021, 10:51Rain is disgusting. The sim card is still not activated. I received an email from Thahleho Motsiri saying that the sim card is active but it is not. I called again today and spoke to Martin who said that they cannot activate and it will have to go to the billing department for activation. Your service is absolutely atrocious.
