Worse service ever!!!

I don't know how many more times I have log a request to cancel this contract!! Been logging request since mid Jan and wallah....I got a call from a secret Call center which I didn't even know Existed!! Spoke to a consultant telling her the reason why Im canceling my contact, I was promised that my issue will be fixed.....and to my surprise..I ended upWaiting until the next day...when I finally rebooted a few time all on my OWN.. Here after I have been logging cancel tickets one after the other......yet nothing is happening. IInstead I'm being billed every damn month for a service I have unplugged and no longer use as of 01.02.22, they deducted for the month of Feb and March!! What the he'll does one have to do to get this cancelation noted?? IM BEING BILLED R699 MONTH AFTER MONTH WHEN IM NOT Even USING YOUR SERVICE!! SURELY YOU CAN SEE THIS!!
