Worse service ever

I have ordered Rain sim card with takealot and was delivered with 3 days, i have RICAed the sim on tuesday the 02/02/2021, i and chose one Unlimited data sim card for R475 and 2 sim card was billed for R958, i have contacted Rain countless time and i was told they are sending email to their billing department for reversal and i have slso sent messages to their support to reverse the money they only thing they know is to send ticket numbers saying they will come back to you whereas they no they will never do such. So far i have not used their data because we dont have network /signal n the area.. Today the 05/02/2021..i have contacted rain again and i spoke with Londiwe Mbhele and she gave me ticket no.*** as reference she said on her system it does not show any escaleted email message to their billing depatment regarding my billing issues and she said she will escalating the billing problem to their department. I have decided to cancell the whole thing i just need my R958 back.
