Worse Service Ever

This is the ****ing worst wifi I ever ****ing had. It never works whenever you try to ****ing connect. Whole day every ****ing day it says connected without internet and it never works. Ever since I got this **** it never worked properly. Not one ****ing day . I want my money back for all the issues this **** has brought me and my family. It's a ****ing waste of money and I'll never sign up or use this **** again. I WANT A REFUND. I've called up a number of times about the same ****ing problem that never gets fixed and none of your call agents are any help they tell me the same lies whenever I call in. Everything they tell me to do to fix it never works and this is just pathetic. Your service a ****ing joke. I want to cancel my services with you guys and best believe I'm never using this **** again. I've had to buy my own data just to do about anything on my devices and I'm paying for this **** which is not fair. You charged me full price for a service which isn't even working more than half of the time. ILL SAY IT AGAIN I WANT A ****ING REFUND BECAUSE IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE WHICH I NEVER PROPERLY RECEIVED .
