Worse service ever

Rain is the worse service provider. They claim to offer unlimited internet but after the 10th of the month I can't connect anymore. When I log an enquiry to their support all they know is to give me a reference number and nothing has been done, I have a bill for this month for an internet access that worked for 2 days. ***.
