Worse service ever

I am rather disgusted with the service i am received of internet provider Rain. My internet has been awfully slow for the past two weeks. I have been requested someone to contact me for 2 weeks and counting and still no one has gotten in touch with me. Everyday i am requesting help to resolve my slow network issue but seems like they are not worries as long as the monthly payments are being made. Not only do they provide unprofessional service their internet connection is even worse and not forgetting to mention there was even an increase on the monthly payments (wonder why, because the network is worse than it was when signing up). I received a call today from Rain and when i answered whoever was in the other line did not say anything and proceeded to drop the call (over an hour and they have still not returned the call, they probably going to say it was a dropped call but they dropped the call on me) not sure if they still feeling festive and are not ready to be working, but im paying for a service which has been so awful for the past two weeks. Im at a point where i wish to cancel the service i have with them and take my business elsewhere because this type of service is disgusting and no one should be receiving this type of service especially if you paying for the service. I several reference numbers which goes to show how many times i have been trying to get in touch with these people.
