WORSE SERVICE - CONNECTIVITY AND CS LINE!!!!!!
Worst experience yet with connectivity and your Customer Service line - raised this the ONE TIME I actually got to speak to a human on the line provided on your website (29 Nov 22). I was assured that the issue will be resolved, I'm still sitting with a network issues for a service I have paid.
This has been going on for a while now!

How does this work?? why did they even call if its not to confirm the delivery.
Can you please then GIVE the instruction so this is expedited.
