Worse Service

I'm so dissappointed with the level of support I've received from rain. For over a month I've been trying to level up the speed because their network is terribly slow and i cannot have work zoom calls while the family is streaming on the TV. I've made multiple attempts via the website and call their call center to get assistance to increase the speed but their agents cannot assist after holding for almost 30 minutes to get an agent on the phone.
