Worse nightmare of Rain service provider

Worse service I've ever received, I paid for my R479 unlimited deal and still no internet, it still says it's still awaiting Rica and still waiting for a call from them til now no response whatsoever and now I have to spend more money to get data from another service provider, this is very bad. Rain must just refund people their money if they not willing to provide services.
