Worse network provider

I have been with Rain since they started and I can tell you one think about them, they don't care about customer service because I report the same issue every month. This month is even worse, network only worked for a week and I'm suppose for pay them every month for a service they don't even provide. I even had to buy data from a different service provider because my daughter had her online exams. I wouldn't recommend this network provider to anyone, anymore. I called 6 times just today and my issue is still not solved.
