Worse network ever

Rain claims they bill month to month, I didn't work for 6 months so i couldn't afford to pay for my wifi anymore. I didn't use the rain sim for 6 months they still tried to debit each and every month after claiming they bill month to but as soon as money came into my account they deducted a whole R1500 and that was money had to buy food , they didn't want to refund me after not using Rain for a whole 6 months,Rain is the worse wifi network ever, the signal is bad where ever i go i constantly needed to buy data when there was no signal but i paid every month. They need to be cancelled they ****mers
