worse network and customer service and false ad

this is the worse service ever . i bought a sim card and recharge as per ad . i have spoke to several people with no help with the sim card . this network am not going to advise anyone to buy the sim card . they very very bad worse than bad . i wont pay something that i never used. i would love my money back .
