Worse network and client care service

Took rain package last month but it hasn't worked, called, did all i was advised but still nothing, requested for a refund after calling daily but im still waiting for someone to call me back for collection and refund. My advice is don't take their packages. They have zero client care, you will call them till end of time.one of my worse decisions ever.
