Worse internet service Provider in South Africa

I am not happy at all with rain services.. I upgraded to rain 101 but the consultant that was assist me never disconnect the previous router.. The saddest part is that I was give a R200 discount for the 101. I have called rain several times and nothing has been done be it anything, I was reassurance that this matters will be resolved that it's been forwarded to the intelligent department... I have told the consultant that I am willing to make payment for the 101 but not the previous router and if they could send me the payment link for the 101. No link was sent... Rain is the worst internet service provider in South Africa!!!!!

This is so not possible because I had made two payments for the month of November and two of your consultants confirmed it. My previous rain was never disconnected. I will not make a payment for R1060. 67... It doesn't not make any sense please can I have all the recorded calls of my conversation so that I can take this matter further. Thank

This is why my services with Rain was not disconnected, I was told that the intelligence department will rectify this matter and I was also told that the reason why my services with you is still connected was because my account was under Exemption and I was reassured that my services won't be disconnected till this matter is sorted out. The other consultant was suppose to send me a payment link for the rain 101 (which is what I upgraded to) he never did... Because I had said I am willing to pay for the rain 101 not for the other router... For clarify listen to recorded call and check your notes of your consultants wrote any..
