Worse ever don't use them

I am mad as hell with regards to the service I have received from rain. I've been without network since 13th and still no assistance received. Rain deducts their money on time every month yet I had to spend over R500 purchasing data last week as I work from home. This us not acceptable and not how customers should be treated. No one calls me and I need to use my airtime daily to call them and follow up. I'm gonna make sure that when I cancel everyone that I recruited will cancel with me. Let's see what impact a small fish like myself can make to the pond called rain.
