Worse ever

I ordered rain 3 devices in November with the R1 deal the last device was delivered on the 23 so the sales consultant said it's a hole month deal so I'm supposed to pay on the 23 of December so I told them I only get paid on the 1st of every month witch is fair so they said they set it to go off on the 30 of December now they have disconnected me on all 3 devices and sent me a statement of R1907 witch does not make any sense at all as the 2 devices are R1060 and the other one is R360 and I've been trying to phone them and sort it out but they say I must first pay the out standing amount of R1907 before reconnecting me like wat the hell I've payed for a full month on the devices it's not even a month as yet
