Worse Day ever for Rain to send in A useless delivery guy to give me attitude

*** Please kindly make arrangement on cancellation and kindly refund my money back to my account asap the courier service you gave my order to is the worse services delivery ever and won’t allow to ever be treated the way the guy showed me attitude today never ever in a life time expected to be treated in such manner the guy came to the deliver of which when they called me on Monday I told the lady that called I don’t have my old passport with me and will have to tender my new passport and of which that was what I did today and they guy just said the passport number are different and I told him you only need my passport for recar its same name same face and same info on it do you have a problem with that the guy just wind up and drove off am so ****ed now and so mad at you guys rain for using such couriers services been a customer since 2019 and Ram never treat people like how this guy did today and that’s what you expect from an illiterate nothing more they using people with no manners to run services delivery Ram has been to me 2 times to deliver rain product its never ugly like what I saw today whatever my means of identification is is not his business I gave him the one accessible and I did explain to them when they called I don’t have access to my old passport and even on the app its not possible to update the passport this guy was telling me to go make another order has if is taking to his baby such a useless way of approaching people kindly refund my money I no longer have interest in Rain Services I hope he’s happy you loosing out on customer base
