Worse customer service
I have order a sim swap on 26 April 2022, the first problem was the delivery company I had to make appointment af appointment for the sim to delivered and they never came. Then I try to contact rain and all I get is the automated response I tried calling but all I get is the hold music everytime. This month they wanted to take payment for a service I am not receiving. I have logged many ticket and no reply from them. I want to cancel this.
