Worse customer service
Rain has the worst customer service ever. You call and hold for long than you get connected to rude agents who even hang up without assisting you with anything. I've been struggling with internet connection for almost 2 weeks so I've basically just paid to have WiFi with no internet access. Worse service provider ever

19 Aug 2023, 15:35It's now been a full 2 weeks with no internet access. Do you know how much of an inconvenience this is especially because I am working from home? I now had to incur extra costs and buy mobile data. Honestly this is unfair that I paid a full R529 to not even have internet connectivity.
The most annoying this is the pathetic customer service I get from your agents, very rude and unprofessional. Angel or whatever her name is even hungs up on me
