Wors Service in South Africa! Stay away!
I overpaid Rain after they sent me a wrong invoice for R 1999.00. They omitted that it was wrong and then deducted another R 800 by debit order. It is now 9 days and still no refund or any support call. The chatbot is a lot of ******* and should be s****ped forever. Worst service I ever experience with a mobile operator. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
