Wors service

Dear Rain.I have phoned yesterday of when I will be refunded back my money for the service not provided.I was told by ur billing company that someone will contact me back and still no one has phoned me back.This is the worst service ever and wont recommend ur service to anyone..

After not having wifi service from Rain from the 13th December 2024 I cancelled my acc after 3 days as no one could give me an answer of what is happening.I then went over to a new service provider.Then January 2025 u took off the full amount for a service that was cancelled and collected the router in the 14th of January and now I am battling getting my money back.This 8s unacceptable.

Please do no reply back privately as I want everyone to see what ur answer is to ur bad service.
