Worry company

I been trying to cancel my subscription with for the last two months. They keep telling they have escalated the matter, The supervisor is not answering, and that I will receive an email this day I am still waiting. They keep deducting my money month end on the product I cannot use. Their website says I am covered but why isn’t connecting
