utter utter useless service. tried as to phone them and eventually they answerd after 10min. the person that assisted me was Jules, couldnt even speak proper english as you had to listen very carefully from what he was saying.

they put me on hold for more than 7min, and when they get back to you, the line is very bad all of a sudden.

this is very bad service all over again from rain internet service.

you pay for a full unlimited internet service but have very bad internet in the afternoon.
