words and deed doesn't correspond

I am very unhappy with the promises rain given. I did have a problem with rain and I put a review on 07/12/2023 on hello peter. 5 min after the review did rain call me. the lady at the call centre look on the system and see that we did have a problem with the internet and she said that rain will refund me from the day we started having the problem until the tecnistion sort out the problem. I receive the statement and there was no correction on the statement and that we have to pay the full amount that we pay every month
