Won't refund my money

When you call their call center they will give you a run around. Its very frustrating. I cancelled their services and they said they would refund me my money but they keep saying 7 to 10 business days but still nothing. They keep on telling us that their manager will speak to me but the manager never calls you back. Its honestly very frustrating
