Won’t be able to cancel

I have cancelled my subscription at the end of February. I have contacted them more than 20 times and also cancelled on the app numerous times. No one has yet to contact me regarding cancelation or the pick up of my router but the payment still happens every month. Stay away from Rain. Horrible service
