Wonderful experience when ordering, knowledgeable staff that aren't pushy about upgrading accounts but rather just informative and helpful when selecting the correct package for you. Then it all falls apart. Incorrect product ordered arrived. Not a big issue in my life just kept what arrived as it accomplished the same task. All paperwork and ID and sign off was done with the courier company at 8:30 am. Rain promise instant Rica on delivery and a 2 hour wait time till your product is activated. It is now 3:15pm and still nothing. Have used the device link to log a support call. Emailed support on the QR code given. Phoned the help line only to be told there is nothing that can be done and I must wait 24 hours before getting back to them to log a support call as on boarding is a lengthy process. Lots of over promising and underdelivering going on here.
