Wonderful customer service

I am a new customer with rain and in the beginning I was very disappointed with the service as I never got any response from rain. I was so frustrated that I actually wanted to cancel my package. But this wonderful lady Buyiswa has assisted me so quickly and efficiently. She even called me, explained and resolved my query. She definitely has wonderful customer service s****s.
