From day 1 I got my router I have no internet. Called in, no trouble shooting resolved the issue. I called to cancelled saying if am having issues from day 1 how much more. It was cancelled. Following day was called to reactive and was told tech will come. They came and said the signal was good I kept telling them I still have no internet, they promised to come again.after 2 weeks of me calling and calling they came. Guess what? Only to say they can't mount device outside and they found that there usage was too much for the towers around me and that its their tower issue and they will escalate. All I can say I need to do a whole youtube video review about my bad experience with you guys. Now I will have to wait and God knows how many weeks. Imagine am working from home. That time I paid R627 will still be charged again. Guys rather try another internet provider take from the bas reviews.
