Will not refer Rain to anyone.

Hi there

Two nights in a row we have been having issues with Rain. Rain Ask tried helping, but nothing they advised helped. They even send multiple emails to support, I myself did it through the router snd tried calling them. No luck and support. We have no connection and at times the connection drops.

I am fustrated, tomorrow I will drive to their offices and drop the router on their counter. What are we paying for.
