Will I recommend Rain to anyone?

Good day, As you all know Rain's internet service is not the best. As of last year November I have upgraded my rain to the R699 (Black Friday special for R479 for 3 months) service and was promised that there only be a change over in my service (Basically wanted to make sure there will be No double payments)and yet there was. Debit order went off twice in November. I have cancelled this plan over a week ago and haven't got any relevant feedback and the debit order has went off for this month all ready. The question is now will I get my money back more the unnecessary month and the double debit in November?
