Wifi says Connected no internet
My rain wifi was working fine till after 10h00 this morning I have been on the phone since this morning and no one can assist me they advised tower is down and cannot advised when it will be fixed nor can they assist you with a technicians details , I would like to escalate my query as the service I received today was terrible and we are paying customers , we work from home and kids study from home

My issue has been raised since yesterday at 12h53 as per an email received and we still at the same place we were yesterday with no ETR in site
Called again today and as per Mansi REF 820953 she advised she will escalate it again to the technicians and it is now almost two days with not wifi connected but no internet.
Please can someone assist with an update

Good day
