WIFI OFF AGAIN

My WIFI IS OFF again in the space of two weeks. I just made another payment today instore and like clock work my wifi is turned off stating I am owing when we had this conversation last week. PLEASE HELP!

I paid R50 because I'm currently payung R390 for 3 mnths I had paid R340 aound the 4th so I was completing the payment before the 15th which is my subscription day. Sorry for late reply I'm my neighbor's data

As I said before the R50 is to add on to R340 I paid on the 4th which makes R390 which is my current subscription set for 3 months. My payment date is set for the 15th but I pay earlier in the month so I don't get disconnected, which seems to not help me cause I paid the R340 and got disconnected and now I pay the R50 I'm disconnected again. Please call me and explain to me how I am owing on a month to month contract that I know I'm paying diligently.
