Wifi not working for days

Good Day

Friday I did report my Wi-Fi is not working, and I was told a technician will ask me. Sunday I called again same story. The debit order went through but I'm not getting the services. And I did mention I'm working from home full-time meaning I need a Wi-Fi connection. For 4 days I have not been able to work meaning i won't be getting paid due to a lack of Wi-Fi. Can i urgently get assistance please
