Wifi no internet

hi i call the support departments to fix my wifi because my internet is off but its still not working and i call 5times and they said we will fix it but its still not working and i got it yesterday

hi i don't like the service what im getting its bab and i stagel now from yesterday to get my internet work but i mast always restart my device ower and ower but there is no internet so this is a bad service what i do get and al what they said is sorry and i can't tak the sorry everything so fix my internet please

So the wifi was a useless thing to take out but one i don't know it was working Friday were go but all silently it stop working and now there is a issue that's what is don't like
