WIFI NO CONNECTION

Very bad Company and service provider Rain Wifi router .. I bought the Wi-Fi router on the 07th May. Package delivered 10 May up until today i do not have wifi connection. I make calls daily speak to different consultants..all Indians

Most of them are Indians who don't even speak good English. I think the language barrier is a problem here. All of them just know how to apologize my query is not taken into consideration

I have made three phone calls today no one has come back with feedback / update. I receive references numbers and emails but my issues is not attended to

I used money to purchase this service. Now the ******* Rain stole from me. I asked them to come collect their item and refund me... Wow guess what im still stuck with the item that's not even working
