WiFi Disconnected and Charges added to my Rain Account

I've been emailing and lodging calls for days on end about my Rain Account, they keep trying to debit me after I paid on 28/11/2024 for my subscription for December. I sent my 12 months bank statement to prove that I don't owe the balance they claim I owe, to no avail. I keep getting bank charges because of these attempts to debit me when I paid.

The only thing I changed was my deduction date to be the 1st of the month starting 01/01/2025 because I changed jobs. Now for days they are attempting to debit me and when I call, their phones are not working. Emails I keep sending, no one is helping me.

Today they disconnected my WiFi and sent a message that I owe. I don't understand how and why they would do that when I paid.

This is not true, I sent a bank statement with the past 12 months of payment. From Day 1 when I opened my Rain account, I have been paying. I don't owe anything, I had no arreas before this, I can provide my bank statement for the past 2 years if need be.

I paid on 28/11/2024, and I was paying for December. Changing my debit order date does not mean that my payment falls away. If this is the case, that I will have no WiFi as I don't, even after paying, then change my debit order date back to the 25th or CANCEL MY CONTRACT!

This is just wrong.

Change the payment date back to the 25th.

The change back, it means that my account will be as it was before, and my WiFi will be active? Because if I had known that THIS is what will happen, just by changing a payment date with a few days, I would have left it as it is and let the debit order be an unpaid.
