WiFi disconnected

I have proof that l cancelled this service but they still debit from my account even though they took their router back

I cancelled this service since last year check your system don’t be *****’s and take my money you even took your router service was cut off from January why should l pay for what l was not using l did not use this wifi this year pay back my money you took today l don’t owe you. If Dstv cuts service it will open it when l pay no credit but with you Rain l pay for what lm not using stop robbing customers lv been calling and questioning you why do you want money when lm not using your service you cut off your line for some months and tell me to pay

I did not use this wifi on February and March you cut off service on December what am l paying for lv been calling you till the last consultant organised courier for next day which came l was happy to be out of your business your wifi had no network every day l let on logging queries till l got fed up
