Wifi connection
absolutely shocking service , i have sen a email yesterday regarding my wifi problem , i got a response after sending about 6 emails complaining eventually i got a response from sibongiseni he then stated in the response if i still have a issue i must reply to his email which i did explaining it hasnt been sorted , i then got a response from donne which was no actual response and since then ive sent numerous emails an yet im still waiting , im working from home and i need internet since yesterday ive had nothing and no one is actually bothering to help but yet are quick enough to take a persons money
