Wifi connection

Consultants over the phone is absolutely ridiculous phoning them to sort out your problem is not being resolved i have been with rain for a while and i never had any problems for the past 6 months i have been struggling with my wifi connection i am paying for a service every month and i am struggling every day with my connection and with phoning them and saying the problem will be escalated but nothing seems to be resolved this is absolutely ridiculous
