Wifi and internet

Hi wicus again I did not complement you as 3 weeks now I'm still trying to get my internet and wifi working my wife and my daughter have spoke to rain and all I get it's working on our side reboot your system well let me tell you I've reboot about a hundred time cleaned the Sim card and nothing rains customer service sucks. I mean they won't even send some out as they said we don't do that. When I ask to speak to a manager they put me through to some one that just puts a phone down in my ear so again I'm tell you your service suck I'll be moving my business to Telekom as they are will to go the extra mile
