WiFi 101

I received my router and sim cards on the 29th of July, according to what I know, I signed up for the 101 deal 60mb which is R595, now am getting an sms that from the 1st of October my account will be charged R825 go e up by R30 apparently,I do not understand how my account can go from R595 to R825 I have raised tickets, DMd you guys on Facebook no feedback has been provided, called the call centre and the guy said he was putting me on hold for two minutes so that he can check my account, yet I was on hold for over 15 minutes and I hang up.. I will not be paying so much for Internet, rather we cancel the whole thing.
