WI-FI IS DOWN AND SO IS THE WEBSITE!! WORSE SERVICE!!

If I could I would rate absolutely no stars to be honest

I have been without internet since yesterday and yet no communication is sent to any customers and it’s my responsibility to now reach out yet the website seems to be down as well

How is it convenient having to pay for a service that a business will cut off if it’s late for payment, yet there is no reimbur*****t for the timeframes when you cannot even access and use the actual service you are paying for

To add to the frustration the monthly cost has gone up and at the same time the coverage and experience has dropped

I am extremely disappointed in this business as it started off great but now I expect feedback and definitely a reviewed monthly instalment for this month due to the lack of actually using the router or WiFi in general as I will be leaving rain and hoping another company that I would rather pay to ensure the fraction of time I am home to use the WiFi it’s actually on and working and not buffering or switching off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
