Wi-Fi being cut off before debit date

Last month I paid in advance ,today they cut my rain off . Why would you have an option to pay in advance and then cut the Wi-Fi off before the pay day. I’m unhappy and I have been waiting for this to be resolved. This is honestly unprofessional and unacceptable
